Welcome to the Blenheim-Elgin Ornamental Gardens

KEY CHANGE (Updated: 15 April 2012)

For any remaining residents who have not yet acquired a new key fob:

1. Please read the attached files and fill in the form “Key application”

(see list of documents on the Upper Left Hand side of this website). Please note we will require you to fill in, agree to and sign the form.
<!--[endif]-->

2. Pop the signed application form, a proof of address and voluntary donation into an envelope and post through Mauricio’s letter box at 119 Blenheim Crescent.

PROOF OF ADDRESS IS COMPULSORY. [Note that all residents will be required to present proof of address (utility bill (not mobile phone), tenancy agreement etc) as well as payment. We would be grateful if all residents understand there can be no exceptions to this requirement however well you know the person handing you the key.]

3. Assuming everything is satisfactory Mauricio will pop the fob plus the proof of address back through your letterbox in due course and as soon as he is able.  We hope this makes things simpler.

4. The committee is proposing a voluntary minimum donation of £20 per key and £30 for a second key (two keys max per household).

Please remember that Mauricio is a volunteer with young children who go to bed early, so if you could follow the above rules and not ring his door bell after 7PM, he would appreciate it.

Many thanks for your cooperation.
